Always make sure the bottom of the casserole is equal to the size of the cooking zone of your induction hob. If the casserole is to small, the element may not sense the pan and will not activate.
Other reasons why the induction hob is not working:
- Never clean the casserole with cold water if the casserole is still hot. Always let the casserole cool first before cleaning.
- Never put your induction hob on full force/maximum heat directly. We advise you to heat your casserole gradually, building up the power/heat slowly.
- Always make sure your cooktop and casserole is free of dirt to avoid scratching the surface of the cooktop.
- Never shake or move your casserole across the cooktop while cooking. This can cause serious scratches. Always lift your casserole.
