No, cast iron casseroles can't be put in the dishwasher. We highly recommend to hand wash the casserole with hot water and a little bit of detergent. If the casserole is hard to clean, soak the casserole in warm water for around 15 minutes. Let the casserole cool of first before cleaning. Do not use oven cleaner, steel wool, harsh detergents or chlorine-based bleach to clean the pan.
