How to take care of my Mauviel1830 cheese board?

• Use a soft cloth moistened with lukewarm soap and water.
• Always dry the cheese board after cleaning.
• Polish occasionally with food grade mineral oil to maintain the natural finish.
• Do not use the cheeseboard as a trivet.
• Do not put the cheese board on or near heat surfaces as it might split/break.
