The Mauviel1830 dinner and dessert plates are dishwasher safe. However, to ensure the enamel on your plates lasts longer, we recommend hand washing with soap water. If you regularly machine wash the tableware, the gloss finish and/or color may be affected. Therefore, use a mild cleaning cream or miracle eraser to remove stubborn stains. Before using the plates for the first time, wash them with hot soapy water.
